Specializing in high quality commercial cleaning, facility maintenance, carpet cleaning, lawn maintenance, snow removal services and more. We are always looking for motivated people to join our team, with job opportunities for over 120 part-time and full-time employees, and position leadership roles for multiple skill levels. B&B not only serves local businesses, but the local economy as a whole through the sheer number of people they employ. Hiring Process
Our hiring process is unique to B&B Maintenance and is designed to ensure the best possible fit for our company, clients, and potential employees based on their skill level and experience. Upon completion of an employment application, potential employees are subject to in house screenings and background checks before being considered for employment for our facility maintenance, carpet cleaning, lawn maintenance, or snow removal service openings.
Once hired, all new employees receive extensive training specific to their position and responsibilities. In addition to training, each employee receives, and is instructed, to review safety booklets and become familiar with the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) which can be found at each site location.
All B&B employees are required to wear their appropriate professional uniform of slacks and B&B embroidered shirt. To assure easy identification and for security reasons, each employee is required to check in and out of every job site, via our Express Time system, and must wear their employee badge at all times.
