B&B employs over 120 part and full time people, all of which go through a background screening process and company training, before being assigned to a job site. Daily Performance Safety Net

Our daily performance safety net procedures provide our clients with piece of mind not offered by most commercial cleaning and janitorial service companies. Along with our highly trained staff we have redundant systems in place via our express time program that helps guarantee and verify that each employee has reported to the job in the scheduled time and has completed all tasks before the specific site supervisor verifies completion. After all contractual obligations have been completed the site supervisor has daily contact with the building supervisor to verify 100% satisfaction.

Security Precautions

Combined with our performance safety net, each building supervisor checks to make sure the client facility is secure, along with keeping a log book for record keeping and accountability. Our large quantity of skilled and highly experienced staff members all wear professional uniforms and badges for easy identification and a professional appearance. These along with our close proximity to most client facilities enable us to offer a quick response in case of an emergency, assuring your facility is in good hands.

Periodic Quality Insurance Inspections

Along with the safety and security measures we have in place, we also have periodic quality assurance inspections at each site. Our site supervisor performs random walk through inspections, along with the daily performance net procedures. Reports are given to the site supervisor, building supervisor, as well as the maintenance employees to make sure all involved are on the same page to ensure 100% customer satisfaction of our commercial cleaning services. Follow ups are also performed to make sure any and all items from the inspection are completed.

“Green” Cleaning

We offer “Green cleaning” capabilities at the customers request. Although it is difficult for most maintenance companies to be 100% “green” we do our best to reduce our mark on the environment through use of special formulas and appropriate disposal procedures.
